How to play Mancala

Mancala is played on a board with two rows of six pits and one store for each player. On your turn, choose one of your pits, pick up every stone in it, and sow the stones one by one into the following pits moving counter-clockwise.

If your last stone lands in your own store, you earn another turn. If your last stone lands in an empty pit on your side and the opposite pit holds stones, you capture those stones plus your final stone into your store. When one side of the board is empty, the remaining stones are collected into the other player’s store and the higher score wins.
